This Hiking Yoga experience emphasizes connection — to your body, to the natural world, and to the community moving alongside you. We’ll hike together at a relaxed pace, stopping along the way for accessible yoga poses, breathwork, and moments of pause.
You can expect a balance of effort and ease, with opportunities to explore strength, mobility, and playfulness in a supportive outdoor setting. The intention is not to “do yoga perfectly,” but to feel more alive, open, and connected by the end of our time together.
Come solo, bring a friend, or invite a loved one. Hiking Yoga is about shared experience, curiosity, and letting nature be part of the practice.
$25 for one or $40 for two hiking yoga sessions.
