Hiking Yoga

This Hiking Yoga class is designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and present. We’ll move at an accessible pace along the trail, pausing periodically for standing and gentle yoga poses that support balance, strength, and ease.

The focus is not on distance or performance, but on awareness — feeling your feet on the earth, noticing your breath, and allowing the mind to settle as we move together outdoors. Each pause offers space to stretch, strengthen, and simply take in the beauty around us.

This class is appropriate for anyone who enjoys walking and gentle yoga. No hiking yoga experience is required — just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself where you are.
